    How do I get my eeprom on my pc after I back it up before I install the softmod?

    FTP! If you are at the softmod screen, you can configure the FTP settings in 'Settings' and FTP in and steal it!

    Can you clarify? So what youre saying is that you can ftp a unmmodded box by means of running the exploit without having a previous mod installed? I always thought that you couldnt ftp a box without having to install a mod first.

    If you install the exploit gamesave, run the game (Splintercell, etc) and get to this screen...

    You can scroll down the list to the options and setup the FTP link! I use this all the time to install the 5960 dash before backup, should the console need it for softmodding...
