Well in the process of the electricity going out in the middle of flashing you more than likely bricked your drive. The good news is that since you have your orig.bin you can buy a replacement drive to replace the bricked one.

Everything I've seen about lost of power during flashing equals a brick drive every time. It wouldn't be hard to put a replacement drive in there. It'll probably run you about $60 or so on Ebay.

May be you meant wouldn't Im not sure, because it's not hard at all to replace the drive especially with a samsung and a ms28 firmware. You can flash it with the new ixtreme firmware and don't have to worry about spoofing or anything just insert the key flash it and your good to go.

On another note I personally dont think your drive is bricked at all, I was flashing once and my floppy could not be read in between the flashing of the 4th bank I had to turn it off and was getting error 65 just as you are after a few hours of trying to flash it again finally it flashed I was very happy. really you basically just have a incomplete firmware on your drive right now.
