email transfering

    As some may have seen I'm planning to make the move from win xp to win 7 but I have some emails that have info that if possible I would like to keep ie purchase confirmations ,joining passwords etc .
    Is there any way that I can transfer/keep them prior to making the change, and if so how.I know that win7 does not use outlook express which I use at the moment I do have outlook

    Do you have a gmail, or some other email account you could send all info to?
