you mean you want something simpler than email notificiation ?. i don't have my AD emails go to hotmail as hotmail is crap for nonstop emails, and i guess i'm luckier than most in that i use my work's email address so i get replies more efficiently due to using a 'proper' email system. However sometimes it crashes/has maintenance, and then i just go thru My Account and go down the list of subscribed threads. For me that's a pain purely as i spend far too much time here LOL so have pages of mails to get thru, however for most people i'd have thought the subscribed threads feature works real well.

yup thats what i wont,i hate using msn(hotmail) as you said it is crap, same wioth me i problably get 30 AD emails a day...so the suscribed thread is really confusiong becasue sumtimes the thread gets updated in a minute and its confusing to know which one you were at scince theres like 15 OctXX

This what I do with my emails...i delete them after i read the thread!!! Therefore, if i get new subscribed threads emails i know that i havent read the new post on that thread yet!!!

BTW, my only problem is that thunderbird always gives me the wrong time for the subscribed emails, {shrugs}, o well ;)
