Don't bother with any sort of flash cart for DS at the mo, if it can't backup roms then don't expect much of it YET. Wait a couple of monthd and we'll have a proper one.
Basically Flash Carts are a re-writable cartridge GBA/DS and it comes with an adapter that u attach it to, and the adapter connects via usb to your pc. Using the supplied software you will be able download roms from the net or backup up your own by putting an original game cartridge in the adapter. It's pretty self explanatory anyway once you open the EZ Writer program.

Another mistake young padawan, the space on it it not in megabytes, it's in mbits which is the graphics, so seeing as all new gba games are now 128mb (4meg in rom size 128mbit in graphcsw) a 128 cart will only hyold one game, your gonna need sumfin around 512mbit or more, dont get a ds one and you wont be able to play SNES games on either flashcart so I'm sayin if your gonna get a gba one then go to this website and pick what's right for you then look for a retailer http://www.gameboy-advance.net/flash_card/F2A_Ultra.htm trust me I know this stuff I got 2 flashcarts, first one being the mistake.
