cecljrg don't forget you can only put one neocd game on a cd-r if you have trouble here the guide for burning Neocd/PS2. *Nero burning rom *emulator call NeoCD/PS2 0.6c *neocd.bin(this one you have to find mostly you can found it on some websites it about 512kb good luck) this how to make a disc of it *So what you want to do is create a folder called "CD." (don't put nothing on that folder) *Now to the burning. Open Nero and select FILE -> NEW. You want Cd-Rom (Iso) and no Multisession. *On this ISO tab you want: File name: Max 31 charc Format: Mode 2 Character set:iso 9660 *Skip the Label and Dates tabs an go to MISC tab and make sure it looks like the following. cache files from disk and network (yes) cache files smaller than 64kb (yes) *burn write the speed in 4x and click new now drag the followers files *cd(the folder you made) *dummy file *install.pbt *instlist.pbt *neocd.bin(don't forget about this one you need it) *neocd.elf *remove.pbt *run.pbt *system once you have them all burn it and use the swap magic cd and when you load it you see the neogeo cd display and the bottom it say insert a cd. So if you already made a neocd game just insert and play if you don't know how here the guide for making a neocd game sometimes in some sites you need to download each files to make one file example:metal slug.rar.part 1,metal slug.rar.part 2, etc. once you download them all extract them to make one file. you see a bunch of tracks but the one you should look at is the tracks one and it a ISO. open up Nero buning rom and close the New Compilation *on top pick Recordes and choose Burn Image *look for the rom you want to burn and choose Track one with an ISO file and just burn it and that's it for neogeo cd
MLK78 heres lots of emulators for use on the PC that you can try out; http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/snes/ If you need a place to get roms (you have to own originals for it to be legal) just holla.
Places for ROMs - http://www.romnation.net http://www.emuparadise.org http://www.romshare.com http://www.lastend.com -Mike ps. You can usually find full packs in places such as BitTorrent sites. eg. MiniNova, Underground-Gamer, etc.
Yeh thats what I ended up doing with NES, SNES and Genesis. Problem with that is yeh you do get most games ever released but you also get about 20 different versions of every game (took me 3 hours to sort out 2500 NES roms lol
umm i'm wondering if there's any other mame emulator for ps2 other than ps2mame. I want an emulator for mame that can run more complex games like kof and the mk series ie.90's games . I have heard of the xmame for ps2 but i think that that emulator is only for Linux PS2 and i don't have that kit, plus i don't think they sell it anymore.
theend757: The NEO GEO CD Emulator disk is working perfectly, Thank you, but the game doesn't have sound (Double Dragon). I did everything the way you told me, Track 1 is the .iso file and i burn it but the game has no sound... What can i do?
it was asked before where's a good site to download roms, well this site is pretty good, they give you play money, and you can use that money daily, it keeps recharging everyday, i'm pretty sure about that, anyway, the've got just about everygame out for just about every old school system, check it out, the website is http://www.dgemu.com/
http://i'manidiot.com edited by ddp Here is a site with loads of ROMS for emulators, if the site appears in russian, just click the british flag on the right hand side. SeYeUK
