Hi, just want a little help in useing emulators if possible. I just went briefly through the process yesterday. First of all I downloaded a snes emulator, then the rom but I couldn't open the rom, it said windows needs to know what programme created this file. So far in all my downloading I've only downloaded .exe, now I think the rom was .rar, so does this mean if I download a programme to extract the .rar files I should be able to play the game ? Thanks.
Sorry ddp I'm back again. Yeah I got winrar but I'm a bit confused on getting started. I got the emulator, the rom but when I try open the rom it say's "windows needs to know what programme created this file to open it", so I open winrar and navigate to the .rar, it says there "extract all files", I select ok, it gives me a seperate unziped folder, but when I click on the rar icon inside it just say's the same again "windows needs to know what" and so on. I'm prob doin this all wrong, can you help ?
