Enabling Tooltips to show Mp3 Tags

    I recentlsy tweeked my computer to get rid of a spy that had embedded itself after a hijacking. My Mp3tags no longer would display. I've since learned about tooltips. Does anyone know the correct value for enabling tooltips in Win ME?

    Here is an example I found:

    At the location indicated in my registry I have

    Showinfotip 0x00000000 (0)

    do I change the (0) to (1) in order to enable Tooltips?
