I have a few video files and they are in .mp4 format. However, they are encoded in AVC 277kbps, I need them in an mp4 encoded format to play on my device. However, I have tried several converters around 10 or 15 and I am still unable to get it to run. So any help please =D?
    Thank you ahead of time.

What do you mean by "my device" ?
Are you talking about converting avc to xvid or Divx ?
    If not, please elaborate.

It's a PS3 for some reason the file is a mp4 format but encoded to avc. I've tried programs like psvideo9 and ect they don't really seem to work. Quicktimepro just stops the process when I try to export. I do have other files that are a mp4 format and the video is encoded in mp4 they work. The ones that are in mp4 format and encoded in AVC I cant get to work or convert. They do play on quicktime just fine the whole video.

Are you talking about converting the files to
mpeg-4 ASP ? I've seen a few of these files, but I've never
    produced one.
Take a look at xvid4psp, it can do many things. They also have
a forum where you're more likely to find posts relevant to your issue.
