can anyone teel me where to get a fast encoder? Ive heard of tmpegnc but cant find it anywhere (in english) If there are any other good encoders for making vcd and svd please let me know .thanks
uhh you cant find tmpgenc its in the download section...and as far as fast goes ??? it depends on the length of the movie and the speed of your computer and so on......
