Made my first coaster with DVD-Lab Pro last night...it was a beautiful DVD the Video and menu were awsome looking, too bad the audio was completely out of sync. The project is PAL requiring 25fps 720x576 video.. the movie source is .AVI 23.976fps 720x304 video. I've managed to convert the video frame rate to the proper rate(25fps) but that has completely messed up the a/v sync...can anyone help/suggest how to get the audio .mpa file "frame rate" to sync back up to the new .mpa stream?

You can import a VOB or MPEG into this programme. It has an audio adjustment feature which is easy to use.I just don't like the quality of it's output.
I usually have the audio/video problems when I convert from PAL to NTSC. The methods I use give me a good conversion (not using Videoredo) but it is more involved and perhaps the one click solution of redo will work for you.

Thanks, I'll try that approach next time. It's been awhile since i posted this..i found a "fix" for my problem...it involved GSPOT, VirtualDubMod, then BESWEET...it fixed the audio bitrate to match the new video framerate but I really didn't like the reduced audio quality..but at least it was in sync. I'll try your suggested "one click" program too...i prefer those "pre-templeted" one click solutions over bitrate calculators, and adjustment/covertion calculations tables, etc. Maybe, I'll even try the DG convertion solution too.
