just wondering if anyone can help? when i download a file which is in three bin files, i extract the mpeg and join the files together. However, when i try and convert using tmpgenc or winavi, it says the file will be too big for a standard dvd. but i thought that was the whole idea of converting so i could fit the file on to a dvd. Can anybody help please id be more than gratefull.

if it gives you the option to convert anyway, do it. If not, tell the software to make it DVD9 size (8.5GB), then use DVD Shrink to compress it.

    hi

if you use dvd patcher on the mpegs that were taken from the bins you dont hav to encode them, it will change them to mpeg2 so all you need to do is author them say in tmpgenc dvd author and burn...

    so takes about 30mins

change first header on each mpeg not all the mpeg
