Encoding VCDs

    I need a program to encode my VCDs and stop my mates ripping ME off please help

    What exactly you need? You want to create VCDs, but want to restrict anyone from copying them, right?

    If so, I'm sorry -- VideoCDs don't contain any kind of copy protection. And even that they would, DVDs have already shown that everything will be cracked anyway.
