encrypted file

    I used to have a laptop and it crashed. so i used my usb external HD enclosure and now i cant acces the file because i clicked encrypt file to secure data on it. how do I access it? every time I try to open it, it says access denied

    When you encrypted the file, what measures did you take, so YOU could open the file again?
