encrypteddata message

    i have the new V5 platinum version and trying to make a back up dvd. i keep getting the "encrypteddata message". is there an update available to fix this? thanks

    windows 2000 pro OS
    512 mb ram
    2.26 ghz processor

    I have V5 haven't tried it yet though.

    My suggestion is to rip w/ DVD Decrypter first (if your able to browse for video_ts files)

    Or get AnyDVD.
