End of my tether!!!!

    Help Help Please,
    I can't take this anymore, Been trying all weekend to get my
    box back. It went down last week, and realised my firmware is out of
    date ( i think !)API VER 4.00e_E ver 7

    Got the null cable ordered, now have it attached to my pc and the box(genuine) but when it goes to downloading it just remains at 0%
    No joy.
    Any info would be appreciated.
