Hi was wondering If anyone one here knows of a fix for the EPG on kryptview boxes in Irvine Ayrshire, (provider is wightcable (formerly smallworld)) Thanks.
Just be happy you have channels on that provider as you will be missing quite a few, (the reasons for I cannot go into here as it breaches forum rules). The EPG is the least of your worries.
do you reckon I should get shot of the kryptviews, n get eurovoxes, ma dad has a eurovox and is on the same provider as me but has no probs with his EPG,
I know his box is going fine with regard to EPG, im not sure if he has lost any channels, ill ask, Right now I have only lost 3 or 4 channels, dave, prem pluss n celtic tv'the sorest one', I can live with that for now, as for EPG, Im sure the problem is something needs to be activated in my box to allow me to read the info, whe i first set it up I had to downlowad a ktb file 'fix' to install onto the box to get the emu to switch on for my area, This was because my provider was not on the list of providers to choose from. im sure theres a similar fix to allow me access to the EPG info.
