    just got a new starview (the box)when press epg on remote, times and channels, show but no information about the programmes.Did work at first but now unable to get info? any ideas anyone?

    They can be quite troublesome in regards to EPG, where are you located and who is your provider?

    Thanks 4 response,im in N E LINCS England, my provider is NTL,(VIRGIN).
