episodes

    Need help please, I am tring to back up sopranos season 2. i have used dvd decrypter and dvd2one and ahve the files. But i can only select one of the episodes when i go to finally process it. Any help would be great

    If you rip ALL files , then do FULL-DISK mode in DVD2One you won't be given an option of choosing title sets !!

    (presuming you are using a fairly recent version of DVD2One of course)

    If you do end up doing it in FULL DISK mode, won't there be heaps of compression?

    I have backed up the Sopranos and I used dvd decrypter to decrypt the discs in file mode. Separated the episodes into three episode discs with Tmpgenc DVD Author so I could also have a menu system. Then opened that with dvd shrink and shrank them to fit on a dvd-5 disc.
    I believe it is also possible with Dvd2One, but in join mode and you won't have a menu system. Hope this helps.

    i followed all the way down and created the back up. the only problem is that when i try to fast forward (or backward) a chapter the dvd player goes forward (or ...) always the first chapter no matter which chapter i'm at.

    I recently aquired only fools and horses series 1-6 on dvd and when I ripped it with the latest version of dvd decrypter I had the option of having all 3 episodes on 1 disc to be played after each other ....not perfect I know but it did do the trick ....so I have 3 episodes on each disc now
