Hi people I have a major problem, I have had my printer for less than a month and I have just tried re-installing my CIS,
but the clip which hold back the tubes came off while it was cleanig the nozzles and the tubes got jammed on the printer head and made a seriously bad grinding noise,
then worked fine then I went to do a nozzle check but stretched right to the other side of the printer and made another grinding noise
and it now says that parts are at the end of their service life and wont let me do anything, does anybody know how I can get rid of this message like resetting the printer?

lol that message doesnt usually kick in until your warranty ends. its something that epson build in to make sure that they really rip you off.

unfortunately there is no way to do a reset on this or to stop it from popping up.

Since youve had the printer less than a month it should still be under warranty so take it back where you got it from and explain the problem to them (leaving out the part where you actually cause the damage) and they should be happy to replace it for you or at least give you the number for epson so that they will replace it for you

Thanks, but I managed to reset it, by pressing and holding - Stop >Maintanance Button > Power, for 10 seconds.
