I'm having trouble printing dvds. Everytime I insert the tray it returns without printing and an error message saying :cd/dvd tray not set correctly. Thanks Gabriel
I found out that the tray goes out of the back of the printer and then comes forward again. I had the printer all the way back to the cabinet and the tray could't come out. Thank's for you help and I hope my experience can help anybody with that problem. Gabriel
