I don't know with fista.. xp moans like that when the zlib.dll is the wrong version.

have you tried running in different modes.. and do you have the bios?

I've tried different bios mixed with different plugins and the same thing happens, sometimes it doesn't say anything it just stops running and closes

I'm really not sure then.. It works just fine for me.. mine is built from source on linux sounds like something that would be better asked over at ngemu forums.

how are you trying to load the game.. do you have a proper made rip or are you trying to load from the disk?

It's a strange one.. I only ever remove or repair fista.. I never attempt to use it... wouldn't have it on my hardware if M$ paid me 100k tomorrow XD

I didn't bother reading through the ideas...

vista just came with the sys, but i've been thinking about loading mac and linux on it before i even got it, i just haven't gotten around to it, as for loading the game i've got it on virtual cd, (poweriso) i've tried loading the iso its self and on virtual drive and it does the same thing with both, anyway thanks for your input
