Hi, i have a question, i hope someone can help me: do you know how when you are typing a word in a searcher like google or yahoo a little box with the rest of the word apear below the word you are typing. What do i have to do to not get that little box? What do i have to erase? I hope you understand my questions, since i am learning english, my writing is not very good. well, Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
I think I understand, you want to clear your history. For Internet explorer go to Tools, then Internet options, then in general tab, then select and press clear history button. You should also press Delete cookies and Delete files, this clears your Tempary Internet files. For Netscape, Go to Edit, Preferences, then click opent the advanced tab. Click open Cache, and select clear Memory and clear Disk cache. Then select the Navigator in the left pannel and click on clear History and clear location bar. That should clear all the incriminating web surfing information
That sounds more like the autocomplete function. Not sure where it is since i just turn it off when it asks me the first time but hunt around in the options for that.
