    Hi

I think my battery on my dell laptop may have died while updating a month ago. my pc was running slow shortly after. I installed malwarebytes premium.

After using and uninstalling malwarebytes premium, I am getting the error ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT on multiple web pages. I tried dns flush, clearing ssl, disabling windows defender (including firewall). I dont have any other antivirus.

I cannot check for windows updates anymore as it says that it cannot connect to update service.

I also cannot log online into battle net. I get the following error: https://nydus.battle.net/App/enUS/client/error/BLZBNTBNA00000A8D?targetRegion=US&code=1126

I was able to update to the latest version of windows 10 via browser but to no avail. this problem persists in multiple browser types and internet connections.

It seems like some security connectivity port issue or something but im not sure what else to do besides reinstall windows

    Thank you!!
