before i used the hotswap tutorial, i did the tutorial where you can unlock the xbox drive and use it as a pc drive...well...i unlocked it and put it in my xbox and and recieved a 5 code....i then passed by the hotswap tut and thought that there was still some chance for my xbox...i went from a stock 8gb frive toa 120 gb and still recieve a errror 5....i looked it up and it said that my drive cant be locked...so is there anyway to lock my hard drive with a softmodded xbox without a eeprom..plz i need help!!!!
You need the eeprom, that's the point! To get the eeprom you need either an eeprom reader or a modchip!
