Ok, I know Error 7 is a HDD timeout, but heres the story... I'm looking at buying a faulty Xbox for repair. It boots to the dash and will move around in the dsah fine, however when a game is inserted and you try to play it you get the "Error 7" screen!? Any suggestions?
do a hotswap and put a new Hdd in it. the drive may be wearing to the end and not wanna store no game info in the cache? (maybe) but a hot swap wont hurt and will let youknow if it is a hdd prob!
