Help! I recently installed Windows XP. Everything is working fine, but whenever i try and install any kind of media play - such as winamp or divx i get the error message - "Error! Can't initialize plug-ins directory"

I have no idea what this may be or how i can solve this. Any help would be great.

    Cheers

I would check that your WinAmp plugins directory is set correct. By default it is usually C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins but it can be set to something else in the WinAmp options.
