Has anyone else had trouble with Lords of Dogtown?

I get to the VTS_01_1.VOB file and then DVDD starts the read error process.

I went ahead and copied all the files and then proceeded to burn a copy just to see and the Directors voice talks throughout the entire movie even if I opt to turn it off in the menu section.

I know this disk is free of scratches and such.....this seems more like an encryption process that DVDD cannot get around.Any help would be great!

This has been hashed over 1,000 times since the disk came out. The easy way to copy the disk is to use the latest version of AnyDVD and DVDFab Decrypter.

AnyDVD is free to try, and DVDFab Decrypter is free to use. Both are available here.

Just as a point of information, at the top of the forum pages is a box marked "Search" and it works great. Just enter the name of the disk you are having problems with, then hit go - all of the previous discussion and solutions will be displayed. Sometimes you will have to read a bit, but that IS the way to learn.
