i just purchased nero 8 ultra edition and when i go to install it i get an error message that says, source file not found: E:\Installation\Data\msxml3.dll. verify that the file exists and that you can access it. when i click on retry, the messsage pops back up. can someone PLEASE help me.
auburnman, Keep your serial key close by. Download the latest version directly from their website instead . http://www.nero.com/eng/downloads-cleantools.html This bug should've been fixed by this latest version of Nero.
pryme_H, i downloaded the cleantools zip and got rid of all the nero 7 but when i go to install nero 8 i get the same message. maybe i misunderstood what to download. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
