    hey y'all

i recently bought a new case for my PC. i switched the hardware across but when i went to load it i get the error message "error loading operating system" i have changed the cables and cleared the CMOS. when i clear the CMOS i get the message Check Sum error. i thought about creating a boot disk but i don't have a floppy drive and don't know how where to find a CD boot disk . this is for Win XP. i know all the hardware works and the BIOS work it all worked in the old case

    Thanks

in the bios reconfigure the time & date. does the bios sees the hd? go thru motherboard manual to reconfigure settings like onboard modem, cpu settings, parallel & serial ports besides others.
