error message installing Nero 7 Essentials

    Good morning

    I am from Jordan Middle East my name is hussein I wanted to share my Problems with you This is the first participation of this site and i want some help to me in theis forums My problem is

    When installing Nero 7 Essentials in my computer I get an error message
    Internal Error Custom Action Dll Crashed in last call in function Nero_AgExecPreInstallTasks. The installer must now exit
    crash thread ID 2396
    current thread ID 980

    Please help me

    I have known the cause of the problem now the CD Nero7 attache Drive DVD\CD RW has been incomplete files This is problem was.
    I bought another CD And now is working good
