Everytime I try to burn using Nero Vision (burning a dvd using Sony DVD+R) I get the same error message and then the movie will not burn, it gets converted to the correct format but will not burn. I have downloaded directx 9.0 and it shows no error. I have reloaded Nero and then cleaned and reloaded again wuith a different copy. This is the error message I get and I have read and read but nothing that I have found works. Any help would be very much appreciated. I am new and if this is posted in the incorrect place mods please put it where it should be. Thanks Hardware acceleration is deactivated. Some capture devices may not work properly. You can activate hardware acceleration using the Directx Diagnostics tool.
Solved that problem now the program starts to decode and burn the dvd the only problem is that after it is decoded the dvd tray opens and Nero freezes. No error messages but Nero does not complete and the movie does not get burned.
