Your disc is either dirty/scratched/bad press or shrink can not handle the copy protection. Try cleaning of the disc. If it is a movie with the newer copy protection you will need to rip with dvdfab decrypter 1st then process thru shrink or have AnyDVD running in the background with shrink.
    Which movie are you doing?

What movies are you doing? Are the discs originals or copies?

originals, I have burnt several original movies previously, but yesterday all I got was grief after trying several different original movies. it may be possible the movies were to long for blank, but I have burnt movies that were longer. maybe all the extras made source to long for target?

Nah I haven't run across a movie that was too large. I usually do the full movies blanking out the speical feature I don't want to reduce compression. Try running these movies thru dvdfab decrypter (latest version) 1st then process thru shrink.
Which movies are giving you problems? There are quite a few that shrink by itself can no longer handle w/o some help.
