I just downloaded Xikisoft DVD to Ipod Converter. The first DVD I converter was Shawshank Redemption. After the movie was completed, I imported the movie into my Ipod. I then tried to sync with my Ipod but a message came up as cannot be played on this Ipod. Can some one help with this? I don't understand. Thanks
Please don't double post, as it is against forum rules. Are you sure that you are importing the converted file and not the unconverted file???
