Error message

    Please help!! I'm new at this. I'm getting error message unknown file format after I click connect. Am I doing something wrong.

    Yep not telling us what box it is and what file it is :) Will help if we can with some more info.

    I guess that would help. I told you I'm new at this. I have a cs5000 the program is CoolSat Pro Loader v.2.4.EXE. Any advise thanks
