   I just cloned my 1t Hdd to 500G ,SSD, Win.10 32 Ram i7, now on certain downloads I get theis error message: WE cannot access the specification, path or device, you may not have permission.

   Are you getting that message at the start of the download? Are all your downloads sent to the same folder?
