recently i reformatted my pc. i put all the software back on i had used before including nero. i downloaded and then installed the updates for nero, but during the install of the updates i get this error message that says: error, and then a tab to click on that says test. well, i clicked the test button to let the install finish, but now i try to burn my downloaded files with nerovision express and i get error message that says cannot insert this file, mpeg etc.. i even updated it with the nero vision express patch too. that doesn't make it work any better. i have been using this for about a year and never had any problems until now. i don't know what to do.
Have you tried to uninstall Nero and reinstall it? Make sure you reboot your computer between the uninstall and reinstall.
