Hi McEmbola One version behind on the firmware. Latest is 1.22 Update to that. http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1623 Your using good media w/ the Sony's. Your drive is a bit older and hasn't had an update since 1/2005. Hopefully the firmware update will help with the illegal disc error. Roxio and Nero don't always play well. Unisntall Roxio and run the zap to remove all traces: http://softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml Try those and let us know how it goes!
