Error when I enter the mp3 serial # - Nero 7

    I wanted to extract p3s using nero and had to enter the free serial number sent to my email account. Right when I entered it, the program crashed. And even though if I go back into nero smartstart and click on the nero logo the serial # shows up, I can't choose extracting to mp3 in the program.

    Any ideas what's wrong? Is this a known bug?

    try uninstalling Nero, reinstall completely via Nero's Clean Tools, and reinstall..

    TrKnow which clean tool I can use for nero 7? Tried the one I thought was correct and it said it was wrong...

    One more question - where would my serial # be if I ordered online? Would it be in an email? Who would that be from? Thanks!!


    Nevermind!! I was searching for "sales@nero...." and that's not the email sddress they send from.
