Error when openning NERO VISION 4 in NERO7

hi i'm trying to open nero vision using nero7..i get an error message:
"fail to load the capturing subsystem"
how can i fix this problem .........thanks in advance

 

I dont know if this is the case but some versions of Nero7 have been causing problems, do you know which version of 7 you are using?

 

yes..i use version 7.0.0.0 it was working ok..and then this error

 

The version of Nero you are using is full of bugs so I would recommend you do the following.
Uninstall that version, run clean tool from here
http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html to remove all traces and then install this bug free version

i run clean tool after uninstall and got a message something like incompatible version..well i proceed to install that version...everything works except nerovision4..still the same error message "fail to load the capturing subsystem"
any other suggestion

 

I know it's a pain, but I would do it ALL again, uninstall, run clean tool, re install. Sometimes it's hard to remove all traces of previous versions of Nero.

 

it is a pain...i reinstalled it 3 times already and nothing same error message
