error writting disk with dvdxcopy xpress

    Using dvdxcopy Xpress I keep on receiving error messages after i insert the blank dvd disk, but the burining doesn't stop and at the end I get the dvd burned succesfully message but when I try to play it, it says no disk found, any help would be appreciated
