1. November 2006 @ 16:38 Link to this message i'm trying to backup my disc i get a error at 68% stating that if reading the media has failed please clean surface and try again. I cleaned the disc and still has failed using AnyDVD and clone2 any idea what the problem could be thanks --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
what disk are you trying to back up..... make sure your AnyDVD is the current version, if not download and install current version (6.0.8.2) http://www.slysoft.com/en/download.html or maybe you have a bad press of the DVD and need to get a new replacement DVD from the store!
