error13 chinese writing service requried

hey guys guess wht i deleted my dashboard on my xbox by modding and now it says error 13 and all i can do is play games and when i put one of the 3 games in to put the dashboard up it wont work so like wht do i do to get my reguler dashbord back so i can start sofmodding again plz help my mail is expo123@comcast.net if anybody can help me message me on my mail or reply to this thread plz i really want to mod h2 but i cant and i cant connected to a ftp progranm to
