I have been curious why errorsmart is a potentialy harmful. I have read essts warning about errorsmart ESET Smart Security - Alert Access denied ! The web page is on the list of websites with potentially dangerous content. www.eset.com Is error SMart safe? Some say error smart is good. I have been searching for a product to fix my pc errors for good. I have tried many other products that just don't do the job properly. I know that when my computer crashes and I loose something important that I was working on I get frustrated and want to throw my pc out all together. I have been curios and doubted this program or software. Is this safe? Is this a potentially harmful program? Is it a scam? Or is it just a cleaner? If they have a bad name why dont they clean it? How come all antiviruses banned that software? The question remains in my mind Is It Safe?
Hi XLR83r I am going to say that ErrorSmart is an unsafe program. This is a PUP: a potentially unwanted program, and it has no benefits for your computer. Get rid of it, and note that there is no need to scan your registry for errors. If you really want to, please use trusted programs such as Advanced Windowscare Personal or jv16 Powertools. There is also no need to compress and defragment your registry, as it has little benefit for your computer. Best Regards
