I recently had a problem with windows xp not booting on my HP pavilion 511w, so I switched to windows 98 SE. I am no longer able to connect to the internet. I believe I need to reinstall the driver for the built in ethernet port but I'm not sure. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanx
hp doesn't have a win98 driver for your computer, only software for xp. if motherboard chipset is intel according to hp site than try intel site for their net drivers.
