euro vox 2008 black

help!!!!!!!!
i carnt get it to work i have a virgin line (NTL) no splitter direct in the box in the wall then have the other end in the rf socket i do a power scan and nothing no channels i dont seem to have any signal/quality what do i do


please please help im desperate

 

Have you your scart connected properly and i think your symbol rate should be set at 6887 for ex n.l also im not to sure of the freq for your area in the uk but over here in ireland i do a freq scan from about 250 to 450 mhz

 

Are you sure you have the lead going into the RF in and not the Antenna in socket??

 

no worrys its fixed changed my symbol rate to 6.887 and did a full scan and done !!!!!!
why didnt it tell you that on the instructions
