    Karljd...thanks for your speedy reply.
But I have tried both those Symbol rates before and with no success.
My Eurovox is working fine cause I hooked it up in my mates house in Swords.
I was thinking that maybe the Symbol rate for Lusk mite be different...
You asked if 'I have a live connection'??? what do you mean by that???
I have the basic package and that works perfectly fine...

no symbol rate is the same for all areas, have you all your connections secure ie coaxil into rf in on the box, and scart pushed in firmly into the tv scart on the box?

    jboyle...thanks for your reply.
I dont know what the hell Im doing wrong!?! but I just cant seem to get it working.
Before I moved here my Euro-V worked off Cor@us...it was one single cable coming out of the wall into the Euro-V and the scart into the telly.
Now N*L and Cor@us hve merged together and formed UPC company...and I have a UPC box under my telly and the stations come from that.
Never had this box before the move!
Anyways...am I hooking it up right???
At the moment Ive got the cable coming from the wall into a AC/DC ADAPTER...(TV ANT wrote on it) and from there to the UPC box...all this equipment was given to me when I got hooked up to the basic package (N*L COR@US UPC PACKAGE).Ive got a scart lead from the UPC box to the Euro-V and another scart coming from the Euro-V to the telly.
Ive done all the scans possible with absolutely NO JOY! Need help before it all goes into the bin.
    Thanks again...

    You have WHAT???
The cable coming from the wall should go directly into the RF in on the eurovox, not through the UPC box or anything else, the scart from the Eurovox goes into the TV.
