Euro-vox is showing 'h' backwards

i've had my box around a year and the channels went last month i updated the codes regularly.

Then the box shut off and said 'contact the maunfacturer'. The power would not come on after this. So i removed the cover and pressed the reset button and on the front a backward 'h' just showed up in green. Then it went off, after pressing the reset button again and is showing no life whatsoever.

Anyone know what i am talking about? or is this just rubbish to you all?

i bought it from a stall and i think the man is know uncontactable.
