    Hi, all

ive searched the net high and low and vcant seem to find a answer to my question.

I have a euro vox box works fine no issues i get my channles in my room fine.

i have baught a new box exactly the same for a differnt room in the house.

my problem is im only getting a 8% signal streanth and its not scanning all my channles.

i am on virg** and pay for the xl tv which i have downstairs and theses boxes are for my bedrooms..
each room has its own conection box tot he room from out side so i dont run them off a splitter. and each room was installed from virg** which i had to pay for.

as far as i can see the the box's are set up the same so i dont know why 1 had a sigbnal of arouns 90% then this new 1 at 8%

    any help would be great.

    best Regards

    Mirl

virg*n must be splitting the signal somewhere. Try buying a signal booster from any electrical shop, shouldn't be expensive.

If your box is a max v(black 2008) you will need to put the 8% fix firmware on it(a booster will be of no use)you will find that firmware HERE
