    Your probably fed up seeing these emails by now so unfortunately here's another one, i would appreciate a copy of that software as well and any info you might be prepared to give me on how to use it, sorry to be a pest so thanks in advance.

    I am thinking of buying a Eurovox Max Box but I would like to know where you get the updated Software for it. Any help appreciated.

    There is obviously something wrong with his box.That is the latest software,I have put it on loads of boxes.

    this might seem like a bit of a thick question, but....

    after you've downloaded the update, how do you get the update onto the box from the computer. Will my computer connect to the box from a usb to a 25 pin serial port? I have a lead for that. I don't have serial ports on the back of my computer.

    You need the Dnupman program and a null modem lead.You can use your USB to serial converter plus the null modem lead if you don't have an rs232 connection on your computer.
